While there is plenty of compelling research that says a company will be more innovative and profitable if it is more diverse, we believe investing in this DE+I evolution is simply the right thing to do. It aligns with our core value to be the good.

Our team members are at the heart of HITT’s purpose and success. Their individual stories are the collective voice of our company. Only when every story can be heard and celebrated can we achieve our true purpose together. No matter your story, if you’re driven by doing whatever it takes to do the right thing, you belong here.
