Overview

Erica joined HITT in 2025 as director of facilities, bringing more than a decade of industry experience. She provides strategic leadership and operational guidance to HITT’s headquarters facilities team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Erica oversees the maintenance and operations of HITT’s facilities, ensuring alignment with safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards, and leads the company’s space planning and workplace strategy initiatives to create consistent, functional, and engaging environments across all HITT locations.

Before joining HITT, Erica managed large-scale facilities and workplace projects at IFC, The World Bank in Washington, DC, where she developed standardized occupancy planning processes for a 1.1 million-square-foot headquarters. With experience ranging from 1,000-square-foot tenant build-outs to full building modernizations, she brings a holistic approach to facilities management that integrates expertise in furniture design, space planning, workplace strategy, construction, and real estate.
