Overview

Gayle Fishel brings more than 20 years of marketing and communications expertise to her role as Director of Marketing Communications. She joined HITT in early 2025 and leads the development and execution of integrated, omnichannel strategies designed to elevate the brand, strengthen corporate messaging, and support enterprise-wide growth. With both agency and in-house experience, Gayle specializes in strategic campaign planning, omnichannel marketing, brand reputation management, crisis communications, and global media relations. A trained public relations professional, she has supported a diverse range of national and international organizations across sectors, including Fox News, the USO, and Ogilvy. At HITT, Gayle collaborates closely with teams to deliver compelling content, enhance visibility, and foster a culture of innovation—driven by her passion for storytelling, community, and building strong, values-driven teams. A proud Penn State alum, she lives in Falls Church with her husband and teenage twins.
