J. joined HITT in 2025 as director of enterprise business solutions, bringing more than 12 years of expertise including four within the construction industry. With a background in mathematics and economics, she leads enterprise business solutions, driving high-ROI initiatives focused on enterprise integration, process automation, and data governance. In this role, J. partners with cross-functional teams to align technology with operational goals, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance performance across the organization.

Prior to joining HITT, J. founded a direct-to-consumer AI startup and worked in the field as part of a project team, where a hands-on introduction to construction ignited a passion for applying data and technology to the built environment. She has led multimillion-dollar system implementations, workforce optimization analytics, and large-scale business transformations across construction and corporate sectors. Specializing in enterprise integration architecture, predictive analytics, and AI/ML solution design, she brings a strategic, design-thinking approach to optimizing operational efficiency and contributing to measurable business value.
