Overview

Jill joined HITT in 2025 as an executive business partner to HITT’s principal leadership team, where she drives enterprise initiatives and helps translate leadership priorities into clear plans, actionable decisions, and measurable outcomes. She supports the operating rhythm of the business to improve focus, communication, and follow-through across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience building teams, systems, and operational frameworks, Jill brings a distinctive blend of strategic execution, operational clarity, and creative problem-solving to her role.

Before joining HITT, Jill founded and led a design firm specializing in branding and wayfinding for commercial real estate, partnering with leading developers, architects, and contractors to shape how people experience the built environment. Her work included projects ranging from U.S. Postal Service stamp designs to branding initiatives for the Smithsonian, USGBC, defense contractors, and The World Bank Group, among others. These experiences shaped her approach to leadership, balancing vision with execution and supporting high-performing teams.
