Overview

Josh Kutner has more than 25 years of processional experience, including more than 19 years with HITT in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. As director of government pursuits and compliance officer, Josh is responsible for managing the government construction business development process and the RFP process, which includes networking, researching, tracking, creating, and submitting proposal deliverables for government construction business opportunities for the firm. Josh also oversees and implements HITT’s Federal Government Compliance Program and advises HITT’s operations and corporate resources team on the most up to date guidance on bidding projects and construction regulations from the U.S. Government. Prior to joining HITT, Josh was senior editor of National Defense Magazine, a monthly publication for the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), representing military, government, industry, and academic members.
