Justin is a seasoned safety professional with more than 15 years of construction safety experience, including more than a decade in leadership roles. As the safety director for HITT’s Southeast region, Justin skillfully develops and implements safety strategies across multiple large-scale projects and sectors, ensuring alignment with client standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures. Before joining HITT in 2024, Justin led safety initiatives for major commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout the Bay Area, Southwest, and Southeast. Known for his collaborative approach, Justin prioritizes building trust with clients, trade partners, and teams to foster a culture of shared safety ownership. He leverages technology and data-driven solutions to enhance risk management, strengthen field execution, and drive innovation, while upholding HITT’s zero-incident expectation and culture of care.
