Overview

Rav brings more than 19 years of experience in the construction industry. She joined HITT in 2022, building upon her already robust portfolio spanning large-scale corporate campus renovations, office tenant fit-outs, life sciences facilities, industrial spaces, healthcare projects, mission critical data centers, and complex public sector builds throughout the West Coast. In 2025, Rav was promoted to vice president and regional office leader of the firm’s Santa Clara and San Francisco offices, leading projects and client relationships across Northern California.

In her role, Rav is responsible for executive oversight of projects and performance of project teams. She provides leadership to her teams and plays a key role in building long-standing relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring overall client satisfaction and project success. She is ultimately responsible for ensuring the timeliness and quality of construction, project safety, and budget adherence. Under her executive leadership, HITT will continue to expand capabilities throughout Northern California, providing exceptional quality, service, and support to clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley.
