Overview

Thomas brings more than 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. He joined HITT’s Dallas team in 2024, building upon a robust portfolio spanning advanced manufacturing, industrial, mission critical data centers, government, corporate office, and healthcare projects. In 2026, Thomas was promoted to vice president and office leader of HITT’s Albuquerque and Phoenix offices, where he leads projects and client relationships across the Southwest region, including Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Texas.

In his role, Thomas is responsible for executive oversight of projects and the performance of project teams throughout the region. He brings a result-driven, client-focused approach, shaped by early-career experience as a skilled tradesperson and laborer, as well as leadership roles overseeing large-scale projects and programs, including self-perform construction teams. A firm believer that people are the foundation of successful projects and team cultures, Thomas focuses on building high-performing teams and long-standing relationships with clients and trade partners, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget certainty. Under his leadership, HITT will continue to expand its capabilities and presence throughout the Southwest.
