Overview

Todd joined HITT Contracting in 2025 as vice president in the firm’s Houston office. With more than 20 years of experience, he has led the successful delivery of complex healthcare, life sciences, and higher education projects throughout Texas. His portfolio spans a wide range of work, from renovations to full build-outs and ground-up construction, including hospitals, medical office buildings, surgery centers, laboratories, and educational facilities. Todd's passion for building began at an early age, inspired by working alongside his father on residential remodeling projects. That early interest led him to pursue a formal education in construction management and a lifelong career in the building industry. Throughout his time in Houston, Todd has built strong relationships within the local Texas trade community as well as with clients and partners. As vice president, he leads project teams through all phases—from preconstruction through closeout—overseeing resource management, subcontractor engagement, procurement strategy, and contract negotiation and execution. He is committed to delivering exceptional results while fostering long-term partnerships throughout the greater Houston area.
