The first phase included a 500,000-sf 20-story tower delivering three main programs--offices, labs, and amenity spaces. Amenities include a full-service kitchen with six vendor stations, fitness center, conferencing center, lecture room intended to host TED Talks, and an executive briefing center where NCR can demonstrate its technology solutions to prospective customers.
