Andaz Miami Beach

This beachfront hotel renovation includes the transformation of the iconic Confidante Hotel into Hyatt’s first Andaz hotel in Florida and features a luxury, lifestyle experience for guests.

The scope of work included renovating 287 guestrooms, associated corridors, and public spaces such as the restaurant, bar, meeting and event areas, spa, pool, and backyard recreation area. Additionally, the lobby has been redesigned to provide an ocean-view check-in experience.

Emerging from this transformation are two high-end restaurants owned and operated by renowned world-class

Chef Jose Andres. The restaurants will offer an exceptional dining experience, characterized by fresh, local ingredients.

Originally built in the 1930s, the HITT team was challenged to relocate an entire house by picking it up in it’s entirety and moving it to another location on-site.

The hotel remained operational during the major renovation while minimally impacting the guests and employees by

working in a multi-phased approach.
