The new office layout features open workstations, dual offices, multi-functional break rooms, and diverse collaboration and conference spaces, designed to foster flexibility and productivity. The top three floors are dedicated to customer and employee amenities, seamlessly connected by an internal staircase. Key amenities include a state-of-the-art conference center, innovation suite, customer experience center, fitness center, and a cafeteria equipped with back-of-house food service areas. To accommodate the new layout, structural steel was added above the conference room on the 14th floor within the occupied space. This included the installation of two 18x90 steel beams on the 15th and 16th floors for additional reinforcement.
