facilities across the Neogene Campus, supporting the company’s continued growth in advanced cancer cell research and innovation.

NGF30 & NGF40—Laboratory Renovations
HITT upgraded two laboratories with new process piping, a new AAON unit and exhaust fan, and LN₂ system enhancements. The team also installed custom workbenches and casework to support advanced research. NGF50—Office and Warehouse Renovation
This renovation transformed an existing space into an open office with a new conference room, break room, and upgraded warehouse. Work included selective demolition, new finishes, and exterior upgrades such as window film, drywall, and ceiling refreshes, and parking lot resurfacing.
