NFP 200 Park Avenue

This high-end office renovation project included collaborative spaces, amenity areas, and meeting rooms. Finishes included open exposed ceilings required scrap and installation of new fireproofing and K-13 insulation. The HITT team installed Frasch felt baffles, Armstrong wood slat ceilings, fabric-wrapped panels, acoustical panels, and new stone flooring. The project also included renovations of the restrooms, including plumbing, ceramic tiles, and lighting. The team was in close coordination with owner vendors, including audiovisual, IT, security, furniture, glass office partitions, DAS, and wayfinding signage. Two IDF rooms were configured in close coordination with service providers, provided shell-ready, room-ready, and tech-ready prior to project substantial completion.
