Tenant Fit-outs

This healthcare project consisted of the interior fit-out of shell space and repositioning of the existing office for the Georgia Heart Institute. Facilities include 16 exam rooms, two teamwork stations, support spaces, a staff breakroom, and new reception and check-out counters. The interior design included new millwork, VCT flooring, carpet, wall protection panels, and glass dividers with film.

The project team implemented and executed an ICRA plan to ensure minimal impact on the ongoing medical operations of the Center. HITT constructed temporary barricades to isolate construction activity from patients and medical personnel and utilized enhanced dust control measures to ensure air quality was not an issue. The NGHS safety management team conducted daily ALSM inspections to ensure all measures and expectations were being met.
