Overview 

Rich has garnered extensive government construction expertise throughout his 15-year career with HITT. After working as a construction laborer throughout college, he officially joined the HITT team through the internship and project engineer in the HITT Futures programs, and after working in several project management roles was promoted to vice president of Government team in 2022. In his leadership role with the Government team, Rich specializes in executive Job Order Contracts and other IDIQ / Task Order government contracts as well as TS/SCI level projects. He leads a variety of project types including small base building to interior renovations, stormwater or wastewater infrastructure, site and civil upgrades, exterior building envelopes, heavy MEP enhancements, and other builds for local, state, and federal government entities as well as institutional clients in the K-12 and higher education markets. Rich is responsible for leading and managing project teams to deliver exceptional results for his clients by overseeing subcontractor negotiations, procurement strategy, schedule, and contract execution. He manages project teams from preconstruction throughout closeout, providing executive oversight championing the client’s best interests at the project level.
