Overview

Zeena Fangman has worked in the commercial real estate and construction industry for more than 12 years. She joined HITT Contracting’s business development team in 2015, and through her various roles, Zeena has gained comprehensive knowledge of how business development and marketing align and the importance of client feedback in the firm’s constant evolution. As the vice president of marketing and corporate communications at HITT, Zeena plays a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy while also overseeing the corporate communications strategy. She often leads corporate goals focused on elevating the firm’s client experience and business development and frequently advises team members and leaders on best practices in creating exceptional experiences. Zeena is a member of the firm’s Enterprise Governance Committee and often leads corporate task forces to deliver company-wide initiatives. Outside of work, Zeena lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, son, and daughter and in her spare time enjoys tennis, reading, and traveling.
