Overview

Aaron has more than 16 years of construction industry experience. Since joining HITT in 2013, Aaron quickly moved through the ranks in operations, building an impressive portfolio of mission critical work both in Northern Virginia and Dallas, Texas. In 2024, Aaron was promoted to vice president and co-business unit leader of the firm’s mission critical technology sector. In the role, he is responsible for a client-centric division that delivers data centers, network operations centers, and other mission critical facilities nationwide for the world’s leading technology firms.

As sector leader, he is responsible for executive oversight of projects and overall performance of the project teams, leading and managing project teams to deliver exceptional results for mission critical clients nationwide. Aaron oversees subcontractor negotiations, procurement strategy, schedule, and contract execution. He manages and supports her project teams from preconstruction through closeout, providing executive oversight to serve as a champion of the client’s best interests at the project level. He is ultimately responsible for the success of project teams and their day-to-day operations, timeliness and quality of construction, project safety, and budget. Aaron also serves as the executive sponsor of the HITT Pride Alliance Employee Resource Group, an internal organization that provides resources for the growth and development of the LGBTQ+ community at HITT.
