Overview

With nearly 40 years in the industry, Bernadette brings a wealth of experience to her role as director of business administration. After joining the HITT team in 2018, Bernadette provided direct leadership on corporate interior projects and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional results to clients in our New York office, and in her new role, she is responsible for managing day-to-day processes and business functions of the office including team oversight, facilities, and ensuring compliance and quality building experiences to subcontractors, clients, and partners.

Prior to joining HITT, Bernadette held notable senior-level positions managing diverse project types to include interior and base building projects, hospitality, as well as global experience working in London at Canary Wharf. Bernadette also serves as a mentor to junior team members, providing hands-on training and learning opportunities, and encouraging participation in philanthropic initiatives that support the local community.
