Overview

Chase has 20 years of experience in the industry and has worked with HITT for two years as director of risk management and insurance. As a young professional, she learned the ropes as an insurance agent for a wide variety of construction clients. She enjoyed the intersection of construction and insurance so much, she made it her career. Working as a risk manager, Chase developed an understanding of the ecosystem of construction from many sides including the owner/developer, general contractor, and subcontractor. In her current role, Chase leads the team that handles the risk management functions for all HITT’s projects nationwide, including property and casualty insurance, performance insurance, surety, subcontractor onboarding, and the captive. Her team collaborates with clients to determine the most robust and cost-effective project risk program for each project and works closely with HITT’s safety team to ensure industry-leading risk management and safety practices are carried out on jobsites nationwide.
