Overview

With more than 25 years of construction experience and more than eight years with HITT, David is a preconstruction executive based out of the company’s headquarters offices. He provides senior leadership in preconstruction and strategy by managing a team of estimators and serves as a strategic advisor for the company’s largest preconstruction efforts and new business pursuits. He is responsible for collaborating with the design team and HITT’s operations team throughout the entire preconstruction phase, including design development and budget development, subcontractor selection and procurement, and final pricing. He oversees HITT’s mission critical preconstruction team and ensures client satisfaction during the preconstruction project phase.
