I am truly passionate at delivering preconstruction experience beyond expectations.

Overview

With 16 years of preconstruction expertise and 30 years in the construction industry, Gail brings a wealth of experience to the vice president position. In addition to supervising, coordinating, and completing the preconstruction phase of projects within budget and schedule constraints, his resume also includes project management for large, complex projects.

In this role, Gail is responsible for the delivery of more than $13 billion worth of preconstruction services annually for our national clients, managing hard bids, conceptual budgets, feasibility studies, cost control, constructability, design-build, subcontractor procurement, and market analyses.

Operating with the intent to exceed client expectations both internally and externally, he views preconstruction as a defining factor for winning work and aims to position his team as an invaluable resource for clients and designers alike.
