Overview

Joe has more than 18 years of commercial construction experience under his belt. Having been with HITT for 15 years, he has delivered an impressive portfolio of mission critical work, including some of the firm’s largest greenfield data centers and technology build-outs. He became interested in engineering and construction via his father, a skilled draftsman and engineering assistant. During his college summers, Joe began as a field tech and discovered he enjoyed the combination of engineering, problem-solving, and personal interaction that the construction field offered. Since joining HITT in 2008, Joe quickly moved through project management ranks to his current role as vice president of HITT’s mission critical technology team.

As vice president, Joe is responsible for leading and managing mission critical project teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Specifically, he oversees early project development and procurement strategy, particularly with design-assist project deliveries. He provides executive oversight of data center projects from preconstruction through closeout, including resource management, subcontractor engagement, and schedule and contract execution, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
