Overview

Josh has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He got his start in construction as a carpenter apprentice after college, then worked with a carpenter subcontractor and other general contractors both large and small before joining the HITT team seven years ago. In 2021, Josh was promoted to vice president of site operations where he plays a key role in corporate site operations and provides on-site supervision of team members, planning, scheduling, and quality control. He is responsible for subcontractor performance and implementation of HITT’s safety program. Josh provides strategy, constructability, and logistics solutions, ensuring work complies with contract documents. In his role as vice president, he provides leadership to improve relationships with new and existing clients and subcontractors. He also applies project collaboration tools such as Procore and building information modeling (BIM) to ensure quality control and further drive timely delivery of construction progress.
