Overview

Kaitlyn has more than 11 years of experience within the construction industry. She joined HITT’s marketing team in 2012 as her first job out of business school and never looked back. In her role as vice president and chief of staff, Kaitlyn serves many roles, including analyst, decision framer, project manager, and change agent, her focus is centered around strategic planning and governance for the company. She manages HITT’s overarching goals and initiatives, drives corporate reporting, tracks internal operational, technical, financial, and strategic metrics, and ensures the most impactful key performance indicators (KPIs) are captured in HITT’s reporting to reflect the current health of the business. She also reviews, approves, and informs team members about corporate policies and manages content for the firm's executive leadership committees and leads HITT's Enterprise Governance Committee. In addition, she also oversees HITT’s headquarters facilities team and national fleet. Kaitlyn enjoys working with HITT’s departments, business unit teams, and offices nationwide, which in turn allows her to better understand the changing needs of the business and helps better inform corporate strategy.
