He began his career at HITT in 1990 as a superintendent where he rapidly advanced to senior superintendent and was promoted to his current position as vice president of site operations in 2009. Ken plays a key role in site operations and uses his experience to deliver quality on-site team supervision, scheduling, and compliance to contract specifications and client needs. He has delivered more than 150MW of greenfield data center projects throughout his tenure. Ken also applies project collaboration tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) to ensure quality control and further drive timely delivery of construction progress. As a senior leader at HITT, he continues to improve relationships with new and existing clients and subcontractors, and plays a key role in defining HITT’s corporate culture.
