Overview

As HITT's director of human resources, Logan oversees teams responsible for talent acquisition, HR business partnership, team member engagement, and HR compliance. This encompasses recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, corporate responsibility and philanthropy, employee recognition and appreciation events, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE+I), and human capital reporting for all team members nationwide. With a focus on HR business partnerships, Logan works on cultivating and strategically deploying talent initiatives that support the business' people needs. Her strategic approach to workforce planning helps the business meet its present and future goals.
