Overview

Luis has over 18 years of construction industry experience. Since joining HITT in 2005, Luis has spent his entire career building complex, new construction projects. His passion for working with complicated logistics and intricate phasing has proven successful, shown in his portfolio of notable projects throughout the DC Metropolitan area. His motivation for his work stems from the team cohesion he facilitates and the pride in constantly improving local communities.

Promoted to vice president in 2020, Luis oversees operations and strategy for his team, providing guidance and working to ensure projects exceed client expectations.
