Overview

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael Raine has worked with HITT Contracting for more than 13 years during his career. He got his start in the industry through his family’s plumbing business in the Washington, DC area before joining HITT as a project manager. In his current role as director of business development, Michael’s primary focus is maintaining and expanding relationships with hospitality clients in the Washington, DC region and nationwide. He works most frequently with both corporate brands and owner/operators as well as commercial developers, REITs, property management firms on projects ranging from limited-service hotels and light renovations to full service luxury resorts and ground-up new builds. He plays an integral role serving our repeat clients with regional and national demands, continuously expanding HITT's national reach and connecting our teams with clients’ business needs.
