Overview

A 30-year veteran of the commercial construction industry with experience in the Raleigh market since 2007, Mike Lutz joined the HITT Raleigh team as vice president in 2021. In his role, he oversees operations and strategy for the Raleigh team and is responsible for overall client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Before joining HITT, Mike spent the last 14 years building many transformative, high-profile projects in the Raleigh market, forming trusted relationships with his clients. In his career, Mike started as a draftsman, worked in the field as a superintendent, and progressed through various construction management roles to his current position as vice president and regional leader of HITT Raleigh. His leadership and expertise in the Raleigh market ensure that each client's vision becomes a reality.
