Overview

Mike has more than 15 years of experience within the construction industry, taking on a variety of roles throughout his career, including operations, estimating, and project management. After joining HITT five years ago, Mike was promoted to vice president of the Richmond office in 2022 and regional office leader the following year, where he is responsible for leading and managing project teams for base building, multifamily, and mission critical technology builds and delivering exceptional results for clients. He also serves as the office leader of HITT's Fort Lauderdale office, providing executive oversight of project teams working across South Florida. Mike oversees subcontractor negotiations, procurement strategy, schedule, and contract execution. He manages and supports his project teams from preconstruction throughout closeout, providing executive oversight to serve as a champion of the client’s best interests at the project level. Specifically, he is ultimately responsible for the success of projects, his teams, and their day-to-day operations.
