Overview

Peter has more than 30 years of construction experience, specializing in hotel renovations and new construction. His clients include leading hotel owners, construction managers, and operators such as Hilton Worldwide, Pebblebrook Hotels, Park Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels, and Omni Hotels & Resorts. He also has expertise in building and renovating a number of award-winning, high-end boutique hotels, country clubs, and resort properties. Under Peter's direction, HITT's hospitality division has grown significantly and has received a number of national rankings, including Hotel Management and Hotel Business magazines.

Now focused on the South Florida market, Peter brings a hands-on approach to all projects regardless of size, and recognizes the intricacies of managing large-scale site work from his early days in the field. He understands thoroughly the importance of meeting deadlines, delivering the highest quality craftsmanship, and planning logistics to maximize guest comfort when properties are operational during construction. During his career, he also provided project management for numerous major base building renovations and commercial office tenant renovations and fit-outs.

Since he joined HITT in 1997, Peter has been involved in a number of company initiatives, including the development of HITT's Quality Assurance / Quality Control program.
