Overview

With more than 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott has successfully led projects ranging in size from single-office renovations to 350,000 sf for Fortune 500 clients. He is responsible for oversight of the Corporate Office – Interiors and Law Firms teams, providing leadership and executive oversight to interior build-out projects to ensure successful delivery and exceptional results for clients. Scott oversees subcontractor negotiations, procurement strategy, schedule, and contract execution. He manages and supports his project teams from preconstruction through closeout, providing executive oversight to serve as a champion of the client’s best interests at the project level. Specifically, he is ultimately responsible for the success of projects, the team, and their day-to-day operations.

Scott got his start in construction upon graduation, and then joined HITT Contracting in 2014 as an Assistant Project Manager. Quickly advancing into a leadership role within the company, he was promoted to Vice President and leader of the Corporate Office – Interiors team in 2022. Scott’s award-winning portfolio includes leading national clients such as Appian, Freddie Mac, CNN, and Volkswagen.
