Overview

With more than 10 years in the construction industry in both project management on-site and preconstruction, Tim brings multi-dimensional experience to the preconstruction executive role. He has led preconstruction efforts for many different project types, such as corporate office base building, multifamily, interiors, government, hospitality, life sciences, and various nationwide pursuits. From 2019 to 2021, Tim led the design-build effort for HITT on the $715 million NGA West project in St. Louis, Missouri. As a preconstruction executive, Tim is responsible for maintaining client relationships and staffing our various pursuits for success. He makes use of his prior experience in operations and proficiency with various preconstruction and estimating software to ensure accuracy and detail. His expertise in design-build helps our team understand the big picture obstacles and concerns for our clients and design teams, which makes HITT a trusted partner from the conceptual design through the completion of construction.
