HITT Named NAIOP NOVA 2016 Firm of the Year

HITT Contracting was named NAIOP Northern Virginia’s 2016 Firm of the Year at the chapter’s annual Best of NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards event held last night at the Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner.

“We are very humbled to receive this honor,” said HITT president Jim Millar. “Our roots are here in the Northern Virginia development community and our success is a direct result of long-standing relationships with our Clients. As a company, we want to thank all who helped us get where we are today.”

Awards went to individuals and organizations who provided valuable contributions to the built environment, as well as to commercial, industrial and mixed-use real estate projects that defined the Northern Virginia market during the last calendar year. Categories included Transactions, Trendsetters, Interiors, Building, and Membership.

In addition to the honor of being named Firm of the Year, our team also took home awards for their work on the following projects: 

• Mixed Use Single Building – Award of Excellence: WestBroad Residences
• R&D/Industrial/Data Center – Award of Excellence: Confidential Client Building J
• Interiors Tenant Space 50k SF+ – Award of Merit: Capital One HQ Expansion
• Build-to-Suit Non-Institutional Facility – Award of Merit: K2M
