Following last year’s first place win, we are humbled to again find ourselves among the top winners in the Washington Post’s annual Top Workplaces survey. Taking the first runner up spot, we are incredibly grateful to all of our team members who have truly made 80 years in business a pleasure.
The Top Workplaces list recognizes private, public, nonprofit, and government agencies that received the highest employee ratings in the survey conducted by employee survey firm WorkplaceDynamics. Employee feedback in areas such as pay and benefits, growth and opportunities, company leadership, and community involvement determined where their company landed on the list of 150 area employers.
This year’s winners include standouts from across all industries, including a few of our clients and industry colleagues. Congratulations to Capital One Financial, Cushman & Wakefield DC, B.F. Saul, and to all of our fellow honorees!
