Founded in the Commonwealth, our Virginia roots run deep, which is why we’re especially proud to have an office in the capital city of Richmond. From this central location, we’re well equipped to serve new and existing clients across the state, delivering interiors and base building projects for the city’s diverse industries. Senior Vice President Peter Thaler leads the office, bringing 32 years of experience and a desire to make an impact in the historic and eclectic city.

HITT’s Seattle satellite office was founded in response to the Pacific Northwest’s booming commercial real estate market and our technology clients. Senior Project Manager Nicolas Vivas, who manages our projects in Seattle, said, “We can’t wait to see what lies ahead for this city, and in turn, for HITT.”
