Inova Fairfax Medical Campus Tower OR Perioperative Unit

This first-of-its-kind comprehensive facility for the Washington, DC area offers screenings, wellness programs, and cancer prevention services. HITT delivered the fit-out and renovation of existing shell space in an occupied environment with in the Schar Cancer Institute at the ICPH campus.

The project was split into two phases; phase one consisted of the clinical space and lobby and reception, which was activated while phase two was constructed. Phase two consisted of four procedure rooms and PACU / pre-op with negative air rooms, as well as, a standalone sterile processing department and supporting office space
