Created to serve as both a collaborative, functional office space and a model for the firm’s full suite of service offerings, MGAC’s relocated office brings the firm’s program and project management capabilities to life. The office offers sweeping views of Los Angeles and creates a spacious, gallery atmosphere with open ceilings and an art collection featuring an installation by Vera Lutter. With collaboration at the heart of the concept, the space also includes a living room and café with an open circulation plan that encourages a range of working styles and meeting needs. The space maximizes desk areas while utilizing a moderate footprint with a variety of workstyle options.
