Nanotint for Better Building Performance

Building performance is being looked at under the microscope at an accelerating rate. As building owners are looking for efficiencies and hoping to claw back any costs possible (and minimize operating costs), HVAC continues to be one of the biggest energy-consuming systems in buildings. Nanotint provides a wet-applied film that can be added to new or existing buildings to block up to 75 percent of the sun’s UV rays – therefore alleviating HVAC operations. Now a certified provider, HITT’s Commercial Services sector looks to incorporate this product where fitting for client projects.
