Kyle joined HITT in 2012 as part of the HITT Futures program. He quickly rose through the ranks, building an impressive portfolio featuring high-end projects. In early 2019, Kyle was promoted to senior project manager before moving down to Raleigh to open the office. After a successful expansion into the Raleigh-Durham market, Kyle was promoted to vice president at the end of 2019.
