HITT Futures Program Phases: Your Construction Career Path This paid program is broken up into four phases, each focusing on further developing and training individuals, allowing them to move forward in their careers. Ideal candidates for all roles are pursuing degrees in construction management, engineering, architecture, or project management. Military veterans are also welcomed in the early career phases. Student Level: Construction Intern – Seasonal CIs participate in a structured program that introduces them to HITT's culture and the construction industry.
