Overview

Andre has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He started in the field throughout college working as a concrete inspector and subsequently as a site superintendent.  His career has spanned procurement, project management, and owner representation roles, while delivering mission critical, light industrial, and life science projects mainly in the New York market along with other major cities.  He joined the HITT team in 2020, working his way up the ranks in operations until being promoted to vice president and regional office leader of the HITT New York office in 2024. He has a proven track record of delivering high-end, fast-track construction projects in the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut for some of the most influential Fortune 500 companies.

As New York regional lead, Andre is responsible for executive oversight of projects and the overall performance of project teams. He defines and establishes project goals and team expectations, always focused on overall client satisfaction. As the operational team leader, Andre is directly engaged with this project from award through final project closeout, facilitating client and project team relations, team organization, contract review, and negotiations. Andre is involved in the preconstruction process, ensuring that the team has a complete understanding of all financial, contractual, scheduling, and coordination issues prior to starting work. He is ultimately responsible for the timeliness and quality of construction, project safety, and budget. Under his executive leadership, HITT will continue to expand capabilities throughout the Northeast corridor, providing exceptional quality, service, and support to clients in the tri-state area.
