Overview

Chris joined HITT’s technology sector in 2017, specializing in data center development, construction, and tenant fit-outs. In 2020, Chris moved to Dallas to help grow our Texas presence while also continuing to support our clients nationally, and in 2015, was promoted to vice president and office leader, tasked with expanding the Dallas team's presence within Texas.

In his role as vice president and office leader, Chris provides executive leadership and oversight on projects ranging from large scale greenfield development projects and phased hyperscale data center construction to multi-floor tenant fit-outs and corporate office interior upgrades. Chris also mentors site operations and operations team members on scheduling, communication, financial management, and technical project details. He focuses on business development, resource management, procurement, contract execution, safety, client satisfaction, and project success.
