Overview

With more than 30 years of experience in the building industry, Jennifer is vice president and regional office leader for HITT’s Austin team. Jennifer joined HITT in early 2024, bringing her hardworking attitude, leadership skills, and steadfast relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors cultivated throughout her time in the industry. Throughout her career, she has garnered extensive national commercial construction experience with other top general contracting firms, getting her start as an on-site project engineer and working through all field positions before leading operations. Jennifer is knowledgeable in estimating, procurement, purchasing, risk management, coordination, and building process execution for a variety of large and small project types.

In her role as vice president, Jennifer oversees all operations and strategy for HITT’s Austin, Texas-based team and is responsible for overall client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Her team focuses on delivering corporate office interiors, tenant fit-outs, ground-up builds, industrial facilities, and healthcare projects, among others. Jennifer’s extensive industry experience provides her with a unique perspective and learned approach, and she is energized by finding solutions that ensure that all project stakeholders are successful.
