Overview

Richard has more than 40 years of construction management experience, specializing in healthcare construction. Prior to joining HITT, Richard was the founder and chief executive officer of Central Consulting & Contracting, where he oversaw all phases of project management and construction, led business strategy, and worked with many major healthcare systems on complex projects from hybrid operating suites and radiation oncology facilities to ground-up construction and facility planning. In 2025, Central was acquired by HITT, and Richard assumed his current role as vice president in HITT’s New York office. Richard’s primary focus in his new role with HITT is managing and expanding business relationships throughout the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut tri-state area with healthcare clients and their service providers, such as brokers, architects, engineers, and construction management firms. He plays an integral role in serving clients with regional needs, continuously expanding HITT’s national reach, and connecting our teams with clients’ business needs.
