Overview

Ryan Wagner has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, largely concentrated in data center and mission critical builds. Since 2011, Ryan has been an integral part of HITT’s Technology team on the East Coast, and in 2021, he was promoted to vice president of the company’s Seattle office and in 2023 he was promoted to be the office's regional leader. Before joining HITT, Ryan started his career in construction as a laborer and mechanical contractor in the Washington, DC market. Today in his role as vice president, Ryan is responsible for leading and managing project teams to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Ryan oversees subcontractor negotiations, procurement strategy, schedule, and contract execution for Pacific Northwest data center construction projects. He manages and supports his project teams from preconstruction throughout closeout, providing executive oversight to the office’s mission critical work to ensure client satisfaction on each project.
