Sam leads HITT’s operations across the Raleigh, North Carolina region, bringing 27 years of industry experience and a deep foundation in field operations. With a background in civil engineering and business and a love of building, Sam has spent his career with top construction management and general contracting firms, progressing through nearly every role in the industry before joining HITT in 2025. His leadership is rooted in hands-on experience and a strong commitment to team development, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Sam has successfully delivered complex, large-scale projects throughout the Southeast, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences. His portfolio includes major facilities for leading institutions in the Triangle, such as UNC, Duke, and Eli Lilly, where he helped bring critical, high-performing spaces to life. Known for his practical approach and collaborative mindset, Sam is dedicated to building lasting partnerships and driving impactful results.
