Overview

Wes has nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry and serves as vice president and business unit leader of HITT’s Hospitality sector, leading the firm’s teams that oversee hotel renovation and new build projects nationwide. After joining HITT in 2011 as a project engineer following his experience in a custom millwork shop, Wes rose through the ranks while delivering complex interior tenant fit-out projects and major base building renovations across the country, bringing a well-rounded perspective to his leadership within the hospitality sector.

Working closely with leading hotel owners, construction managers, and operators, Wes brings a deep understanding of the unique demands of hospitality environments—where schedule certainty, exceptional craftsmanship, and carefully sequenced logistics are critical to maintaining guest comfort and operational continuity. He provides leadership to teams nationwide and plays a key role in building long-standing relationships with clients and trade partners, ensuring project success through a strong focus on safety, quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
